Linkpage Guide

Your Linkpage is the public homepage perfect for social media profiles where you can only have one URL. It's part storefront, part community hub, and part link-in-bio — and it's the page that turns a curious visitor into a follower, a registrant, or a member.

The Public Linkpage (What Gamers See)

Your Linkpage lives at a clean, shareable URL — something like gamehavenguild.com/ (yourstore). It opens with your cover image banner, then a two-column layout that collapses to a single column on mobile.

The Left Column — Store Identity & Links

Store Card

  • Your logo (square, rounded).

  • Your store name in bold.

  • Your full address with a map pin — city, state, zip — so gamers know exactly where you are.

Link Buttons Below the store card, a stack of colorful link buttons — one per link you've configured. Each opens in a new tab and is tracked so you know which links get clicked. The four standard links appear when you've set their URLs:

  • Website — your main site.

  • Discord — your community server.

  • eBay Store — your eBay presence.

  • TCG Player — your TCGplayer storefront.

  • Plus any custom links you add (community forums, Patreon, ticketing, etc.).

Every link button shares the same background and text colors you choose in configuration, so your Linkpage stays on-brand.

The Right Column — Calendar, About & Updates

Three tabs let visitors dig into your store without leaving the page:

Calendar Tab

  • A combined feed of everything upcoming at your store: events, game sessions (casual, tournament, league — league games expand to one card per week), and matchmaking posts (if enabled).

  • Date and game filters so visitors can narrow to a specific day or game.

  • Items are grouped by date, sorted chronologically, and show only upcoming activity — past items are visible but their registration buttons hide automatically.

  • Tapping an event or matchmaking card opens a detail modal with full info and registration.

About Tab

  • Hours — your weekly hours, Monday through Sunday, with "Closed" for days off.

  • Description — your store's story, atmosphere, and community in your own words.

  • Amenities — checkmarked list of what you offer (drinks, snacks, wifi, private rooms, alcohol, meals).

  • Bring Your Games and Play — the game categories you have space for, shown as red badges.

  • Games We Sell — your carried games as searchable badges with a live search box.

Updates Tab

  • Your most recent announcements — title, optional image, body text, and date.

  • An empty state tells visitors to "Follow to get notified" if you haven't posted yet — a soft prompt to follow your store.

Featured Section (Full Width)

Below the columns, any Featured boxes you've configured appear in a grid, each with a title and free-form content — perfect for spotlighting a current promotion, a league season, or a recurring event series.

Visit & Click Tracking

Every visit to your Linkpage is logged with its referrer source (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, or Direct) — so you know how people find you. Every link click is logged with its title and destination — so you know which links actually drive traffic. Both feed into your Analytics dashboard.

Linkpage Configuration (Where You Control It)

Open Advanced Settings → Linkpage . Everything here auto-saves 800ms after you stop typing — you'll see a "Saving…" spinner, then a "Saved" confirmation, or a "Save failed" error.

Store Linkpage URL

Your Linkpage's web address.

  • The slug auto-formats to lowercase with no spaces.

  • Uniqueness check runs as you type: a green check ("URL is available") or a red alert ("URL is already taken") appears.

  • The full link is shown below the input as a clickable preview you can open to see your live page.

  • A taken slug blocks the save until you pick a different one, so you never accidentally break someone else's URL.

Link Box Styling

Customize the look of every link button at once.

  • Background color — a color picker; defaults to your brand red.

  • Text color — a color picker; defaults to white.

  • Live preview — an "Example" button renders your current choices instantly so you can see contrast and readability before saving.

Links Customization

Manage all your links — the four standard ones plus any custom links — in one reorderable list.

Add a Custom Link

  • Enter a Title (up to 25 characters, e.g., "Community Forum").

  • Enter the URL (the https://www. prefix is handled for you).

  • Tap Add Link — it appears at the bottom of the list.

Per-Link Controls Each link row shows:

  • The link's label (standard links are named for you; custom links use your title).

  • An editable URL field with a smart placeholder matching the link type (e.g., discord.gg/yourserver for Discord).

  • Show / Hide (eye icon) — toggles whether the link appears on your Linkpage. Standard links can't be shown without a URL; the toggle is disabled until you add one.

  • Remove (X icon) — for standard links, clears the URL and hides them; for custom links, deletes them entirely.

  • Position arrows (up/down) — reorders the list. The order here is exactly the order links appear on your public Linkpage.

How Standard Links vs. Custom Links Differ

  • Standard links (Website, Discord, eBay, TCG Player) are permanent rows tied to your Store profile fields. You can't delete them — you clear their URL to hide them. Editing their URL updates the corresponding profile field.

  • Custom links are fully yours to add, reorder, and delete. They're stored separately and don't touch your core store profile.

How It All Connects

  • Profile → Linkpage — your logo, cover image, address, hours, description, amenities, and games carried come from your Store Profile. The Linkpage Configuration page only controls the URL slug, link styling, and the link list itself.

  • Announcements → Updates tab — anything you post in Announcement Management shows up in the Updates tab automatically (most recent 10).

  • Events/Sessions/Matchmaking → Calendar tab — your calendar pulls live from your management tools; no manual syncing. Past events keep their cards but hide registration buttons.

  • Featured boxes — a separate configuration (set on your reservation/homepage settings) that surfaces promotional content full-width below the columns.

  • Analytics — visit referrers and link clicks feed your store analytics so you can measure what's working.

Pro Tips

  • Pick a memorable slug — short, lowercase, no spaces. It's the link you'll print on cards, post on socials, and put in your QR code.

  • Lead with your most important link — use the position arrows to put your highest-converting link (Discord, online store, or ticketing) at the top.

  • Match your brand colors — the Link Box Styling preview lets you dial in contrast; avoid light text on light backgrounds.

  • Hide, don't delete — for seasonal links (a holiday sale, a one-off event), use Show/Hide to toggle them off temporarily without losing the URL.

  • Watch your referrers — the visit tracking tells you which platform sends you the most traffic, so you know where to invest your promotion.

  • Keep Updates fresh — the Updates tab is your free newsletter; a stale tab signals an inactive store, while a steady drip of announcements signals a thriving community.
