Your community already uses Game Haven Guild to find your events, reserve your tables, and join your memberships. Now the same app plugs into your Discord server — so your members' roles stay in sync and your events show up automatically, with zero copy-paste.
No more manually adding "Member" roles when someone signs up. No more posting event announcements twice. Set it up once, and the app keeps your Discord running itself.
How It Works
Head to your Advanced Settings, Discord section, connect your server, and invite the GHG bot. Then flip on the pieces you want:
Member Role Sync — anyone with an active membership automatically gets your member role on Discord. When their membership ends, the role comes off — no awkward conversations, no cleanup.
Event Sync — your upcoming events appear as Discord Scheduled Events automatically. Create or change an event in the app, and Discord updates within moments.
Your members connect their own Discord account from the Discord tab in their user profile — that's the only thing they ever have to do.
Roles That Manage Themselves
Here's the part that changes your day-to-day. Every active member who links their Discord gets your member role automatically — and loses it the moment their benefits end, whether they canceled, their payment lapsed, or their term ran out.
Want more than one role? Map each membership level to its own Discord role, so your premium members stand out from your basic ones. Suspensions, reinstatements, upgrades — it all flows through on its own.
And to keep everything honest, a weekly sweep checks every member against Discord and repairs anything that drifted. You can also hit Sync Roles Now any time for an instant one-off sync.
Your Calendar, Broadcast to Your Server
When Event Sync is on, your Discord server's Scheduled Events list becomes a live mirror of your GHG calendar. Events get created the moment you publish them, updated the moment you edit them, and you choose how far ahead Discord looks — one, two, or four weeks.
Your members get the native Discord experience they already check: reminders, "interested" RSVPs, timezone-correct times. You get one calendar to maintain instead of two.
Ready When You Are
Sync features stay off until your settings are complete — server connected, roles chosen — so nothing goes live half-configured. Set it up quietly, connect the bot, and flip the switches when you're ready.
The Discord integration is available now in your Advanced Settings from your Store Dashboard. Connect your server, turn on the syncs you want, and let the app run your community's back office.
